Moisturizing Lip Balm Wild Crafted in Washington State

*Cottonwood (unflavored) has a light sweet, woody, warm vanilla scent from the cottonwood resin, beeswax and cocoa butter.
This lip balm is made using a base of Black Cottonwood bud infused organic coconut oil. I collect the buds after windstorms in early spring from fallen branches. The buds are filled with the sweet sticky resin that I infuse into organic rice bran oil. This fragrant base oil is then combined with natural waxes and nourishing lightweight organic plant oils. This versatile lip balm is softer and less waxy feeling than most traditional lip balms and absorbs quickly leaving your lips soft, hydrated and “naked”. It is also a great base to help lip color go on smoothly and evenly.
All of my skincare products are formulated by me and handcrafted with ingredients that are either wild, organic or are approved for use in organic products. All of the wild ingredients are foraged and wildcrafted by me near my home in the coastal mountains of Washington State.
